Welcome to the new page for the Student Government Association Elections Board! This Spring, students of the University of Alabama will be voting for their representatives in the Student Government, as well as for amendments to the SGA Constitution.

Constitutional amendments up for vote: The Senate Seat allocations for this election cycle are as follows:
  • Arts and Science - 11
  • Business - 11
  • Engineering - 7
  • HES - 4
  • C&IS - 3
  • Education - 2
  • Nursing - 2
  • Social Work - 2
  • Graduate - 6
  • Law - 2
The complete timeline with all important dates is included HERE. Changes to the timeline this year include an Official Release of Candidates Press Conference and a Campaign Kick-off Forum. Statements of Intent, debate sponsorship applications and all other election information will be available later this month.
