STARS – Higher Ed
The goal of STARS (Student Teams Advocating Realistic Solutions) is to enlighten students on the issues facing higher education and to train students to be successful advocators. STARS also provides leadership training and opportunities to make a difference. STARS works with the Higher Education Partnership in Montgomery to achieve their goals. STARS began in 1997 and has been advocating for higher education ever since. With our state education budget in heavy proration, it is more important now than ever to get involved with STARS!
