The Judicial body of the SGA provides guidance on matters of SGA laws and the SGA constitution, parking appeals, and all non-academic misconduct controversies arising under the Code of Student Conduct. The SGA Judicial Board also has jurisdiction over all election controversies and the impeachment of SGA officials.
Through the creation of an Educational Outreach Committee and a Student Involvement Committee, Judicial Board’s primary goal this year is to educate students about the importance of being an outstanding community member of the University by using the Code of Student Conduct and the Capstone Creed. In order to better serve the University, a Judicial Council has been formed to execute the Judicial Board’s educational outreach and student involvement projects. The 2011-2012 SGA Judicial Board is comprised of a Chief Justice, twenty Associate Justices, a Chief Clerk, and two Associate Clerks.
