Chase Burnham
Welcome to the office of the Director of Engagement. The Director of Engagement strives to accomplish the fulfillment of the Student Government Association’s commitment to the University of Alabama campus engagement through the efforts of faculty, staff and students. The Director of Engagement strives to embrace, enhance and celebrate diversity and culture at all levels.
Chase Burnham is a senior majoring in chemical and biological engineering. He is from Clay, Alabama and he has served with the SGA for three years. Chase welcomes students to visit his office in 231O Ferguson or contact him by phone at 348-7460.
Director of Engagement Goals:
- Establish organization delegate program.
- Hold diversity week on campus.
- Hold international student week and the international student essay contest.
- Organize Unity Day with Stillman College’s and Shelton State’s SGA administrations.
- Visit Troy University to learn about their international program.
- Hold spring voter drive for SGA Elections.
