Welcome to the office of Executive Secretary. The Executive Secretary is responsible for keeping the students, faculty and staff of the University of Alabama informed about what is happening within the Student Government Association. The goal of this department is to keep all information updated on the website whether it be posting upcoming events or posting minutes from meetings within the Student Government Association. The office of Executive Secretary welcomes all questions and concerns so as to be more effective and helpful to those at the Capstone.

Job Description:
The Executive Secretary is responsible for keeping a record of all business conducted by the SGA and informing students about what goes on in the SGA. The office of Executive Secretary wants to ensure that needs of the students are met by informing them of what is happening within their Student Government. This administration wants to empower students and having detailed information available to them at all times is our priority.Goals:
- To keep all information updated on the website
- To be informative of activities and events both on and off of campus
